‘Uunchai’ box office collection week 2: Amitabh Bachchan starrer earns a total of Rs 21 crore nett – Times of India

Sooraj Barjatya helmed ‘Uunchai’ has recorded a slight drop in collection in its second week at the box office. The film did face some competition with Ajay Devgn starrer ‘Drishyam 2’, which caused a huge rampage at the box office.

In its second weekend, ‘Uunchai’ added Rs 6 crore nett to its total. The film witnessed a drop of 35 percent in its second weekend and now stands at a total of Rs 21.65 crore nett, reports boxofficeindia. At the end of its second week ‘Uunchai’ is expected to do a business of Rs 10 crore nett and should cross a total collection of Rs 30 crore nett. ‘Uunchai’ has received the best response from Mumbai circuit, which has contributed close to 40 percent to the total.

This friendship drama features Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Danny Denzongpa, Parineeti Chopra, Neena Gupta and Sarika.
