USA star Tyler Adams shoves Brentford’s Mathias Jensen as American fans ‘love’ his feisty mentality

The tense affair between Brentford and Leeds United led to a moment of tension between Tyler Adams and Mathias Jensen.

Video shows the American midfielder shoving the Dane in a moment of anger which led to both teams coming together.

As the scuffle died down, referee Peter Bankes brought the two together – where they smiled and appeared to calm down.

While video on Twitter didn’t show what started the shoving, fans praised Adams’ tenacity

Fans on social media applauded the tenacity of Adams as the 23-year-old has made a mark on Leeds fans and impacted the squad in a positive way.

American fans were especially proud of the midfielder, who was recently selected as US Soccer’s Male Player of the Year.
