The 47-year-old recently took to her YouTube channel Tweak India to share some beauty and health tips that you can choose to stay fitter, calmer and happier.

Elaborating on the same, the former actor first advised everyone to stay close to nature and spend some time outdoors everyday. After that, she advocated eating a small meal for dinner and revealed that she picked up this habit from veteran actor Waheeda Rehman. Next up was the habit of learning something new everyday, followed by waking up your brain in the morning with some exercises.

Moving on, Twinkle advised people to not take themselves too seriously and have fun in life. Finally, she said that never ever skip your sunscreen and always inculcate the habit of reading in your life.
