Declan Rice completed his £105million move to Arsenal this week, while Andre Onana is expected in England today to complete his £43m switch to Manchester United from Inter Milan.
Tottenham are continuing to play hard ball with Bayern Munich over their pursuit for England captain Harry Kane, who has been heavily linked with a move to French champions PSG over the last few days.
