Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film, ‘Pathaan’ is undoubtedly one of the most awaited films. While the action-thriller will release next year, SRK’s first look from the film has created a lot of buzz.

Talking about his physical transformation, celebrity trainer Prashant Subhash told a news portal that since his look in ‘Pathaan’ is different, SRK did a lot of weight lifting. He also revealed that previously, they used to do a lot of circuit training and cardio workouts, but now they have incorporated more strength training — which helped him look better and bigger. He also went on to add that it took them two years to build the toned physique that people see on screen. According to him, SRK’s frame and look have completely changed.

Elaborating further, the trainer also revealed that King Khan injured himself while training but came back strong even after facing multiple setbacks.

It is amazing to see Shah Rukh’s transformation, which wouldn’t have been possible without his hard work. By maintaining not just physical strength, but also mental in tough times like the pandemic, he is no less than a fitness icon for everyone, Prashant told the news portal.

Siddharth Anand’s ‘Pathaan’ also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in lead roles. It is slated for a release in January 2023.
