Tottenham’s players were given a special welcome ahead of their first training session in Australia.
The north London club, whose new manager Ange Postecoglou is Australian, witnessed a Welcome to Country ritual being performed.
Richard Walley, one of Australia’s leading Aboriginal performers, led the Welcome to Country before training and was seen shaking hands with Harry Kane.
The ceremony offers safe passage and protection to visitors of the country.
It took place at the WACA Ground in Perth, where Tottenham trained, with players standing in the centre circle and applauding.

Tottenham are facing West Ham on Tuesday in a friendly before then heading to Bangkok, where they will play Leicester. They will subsequently face Lion City Sailors in Singapore.
Despite uncertainty over his future amidst interest from Bayern Munich, Kane was amongst the players to make the trip.
However, goalkeeper Hugo Lloris was given permission not to travel as he looks to secure a move elsewhere.
Rodrigo Bentancur (knee), Fraser Forster (back), Bryan Gil (back), Troy Parrott (groin) and Ryan Sessegnon (hamstring) all missed out through injury.
New signings James Maddison, Manor Solomon and Guglielmo Vicario have travelled, along with Destiny Udogie, who is linking up with Tottenham after his loan spell at Udinese.

Bayern’s honorary president Uli Hoeness has said that Kane wants a move to happen.
He told Kicker: ‘So far, Harry has made it very clear in all conversations that his decision stands.
‘And if it stays, then we’ll get it. Then Tottenham will have to give in. Because such a club is worth £80 million, £90 million… there is no such thing.’
