This week has some big movies along with some surprise hits. Yash starrer KGF Chapter 2 is the biggest name this weekend as the movie finally makes its OTT debut today, May 27. The movie has broken all kinds of records and now it will be hoping to continue the trend online. Alongside, there are two Bollywood offerings this weekend as well. They include Tiger Shroff’s Heropanti 2 and John Abraham starring Attack. Finally, two Tamil-language films, Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal or KRK as well as Ayngaran also premiers today. 1. KGF Chapter 2 on Amazon Prime Videos

KGF Chapter 2 is directed by Prashanth Neel and has a stunning cast of Yash, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, Srinidhi Shetty, Prakash Raj and others. The movie unfolds the events after the end of the first movie and continues the story at Kolar Gold Fields where a new overlord, Rocky, played by Yash has taken the stage by storm. The movie has grossed over 1200 crores worldwide on the silver screen and now it will be making its OTT debut today.

2. Heropanti 2 on Amazon Prime Videos

It appears that Amazon Prime users will be spoilt for choice today as alongside KGF 2, Tiger Shroff, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Kriti Sanon and Tara Sutaria starring Heropanti 2 will also make its debut on the streaming platform. This action romance sequel is formulaic and while the story might not be able to hold your attention, the action and dance sequences definitely will. 3. Attack on Zee5

Attack Part: 1 or Attack is a sci-fi action movie starring John Abraham, Rakul Preet Singh and Jacqueline Fernandez. The movie follows the story of a cyber soldier who is trying to stop a terrorist with a heinous plans. Just like Heropanti 2, while the screenplay is not the stellar part of the movie, the action sequences will definitely hold your interest.

4. Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal on Disney+ Hotstar

Shortened as KRK, this Tamil romantic-comedy features Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, and Samantha Ruth Prabhu in lead roles. The movie has a simple plot of two women falling in love with the same man and the hilarity that follows. If you are not looking for an intense watch, you can opt for this lighthearted film.

5. Ayngaran on Aha

This Tamil-language action thriller portrays the misfortune of small investors. Starring G. V. Prakash Kumar and Mahima Nambiar, the movie finally released in 2022 after a five year delay. The movie has received generally positive reviews from critics who believe that despite its technical flaws, individual performances, human emotions and the main message of the movie were very strongly presented.
