Tom Brady admits he was ‘pretty p***ed’ in his latest tablet tantrum
Tom Brady admits he was ‘pretty p***ed’ in his latest tablet tantrum during Bucs’ win over the Saints…and insists he ‘DESERVES’ Veteran rest day after ‘working weekends for 23 years’
Tom Brady said he was ‘pretty p***ed’ during the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ 20-10 victory over New Orleans Sunday.
The 45-year-old quarterback threw a tablet in anger during a largely tight encounter between the NFC South rivals.
‘I’m trying to make sure I don’t throw my arm out when I throw it,’ Brady jokingly said on his weekly Let’s Go podcast. ‘But I was pretty p***ed yesterday.’
‘I’ve had a pretty bad record against that tablet unfortunately. I forgot the password and I couldn’t log in, so those things can be frustrating,’ Brady joked again.
‘I didn’t do a very good job of (remaining calm), and I’ve got to be really mindful of that going forward and getting my emotions in a good place so it allows me to be the best player I can be.
‘I think there’s are points where you can become too overly emotional, which I definitely think I was (on Sunday).’

It comes amid rising speculation over the state of his marriage to Gisele Bundchen
It comes amid rising speculation over the state of his marriage to Gisele Bundchen, with her looking downbeat in New York City on Thursday.
It was reported Brady and Bundchen are ‘living separately’ and are working through martial issues, sources close to the couple told CNN.
Brady was also asked about the revelation that he will have every Wednesday off during the season, in what is being termed as a veteran’s rest day.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion defended the decision in a jovial manner, pointing to his longevity in the league.
‘The fact that I have worked weekends for the last 23 years, I do deserve one day off a week,’ Brady said jokingly.
The Bucs struggled against the Saints and their quarterback did not hide his frustration at it
Tampa Bay’s quarterback seemed in a positive mood throughout his time on the podcast, vastly different to the temperature of Sunday’s NFC South clash with New Orleans.
Buccaneers receiver Mike Evans was suspended one game for forcefully shoving an unsuspecting Marshon Lattimore as a brawl erupted between both teams.
Evans can appeal and is likely to do so with nothing on the line if he were to fail.
The incident occurred after a third-down incompletion, when Saints defensive back Lattimore began jawing at Bucs quarterback Tom Brady.

‘I don’t think it deserved any type of suspension,’ Brady said.
‘I think that’s ridiculous. Hopefully we can move past it and get to a better place,
‘I don’t think Mike should be the one to be blamed and singled out. Unfortunately he has been, and that’s just the reality of life in the NFL.’
Brady also provided clarification on the rumors that Ryan Fitzpatrick was ‘that mother******’ which one team decided to pick over him at quarterback while Brady was a free agent in 2020.

Some suspected Brady was referring to Raiders quarterback Derek Carr, or even then Miami signal-caller Ryan Fitzpatrick — including Fitzmagic himself!
‘I still to this day believe that I am that mother******,’ the Miami quarterback said earlier this week on The Dan Le Batard Show.
Though Brady was explicit in his denial that it was Fitzpatrick.
‘I like to keep them guessing, and unfortunately with this coming out, I’d have to tell him, it wasn’t him.’
