Thornton Bharat rolls out return-to-work programme for women

Professional services firm Grant Thornton Bharat has rolled out a return-to-work programme. The initiative, called ‘WINGS- Women in New Innings’, seeks to empower women re-entering the workforce after a career break of minimum 12 months, by offering support in multiple areas.

The programme is designed to offer assistance, resources, and empower women reigniting their work lives and facilitate a smooth transition back into professional careers. It includes focused coaching, mentoring and on-the-job learning designed to support women in all aspects of their professional and personal growth. This is enabled by flexible work-mode options, empowering them to return to work with confidence and assurance.

“We believe that women should have every opportunity to thrive both personally and professionally. By embracing flexible work arrangements and offering resources for professional development, we are sure that this programme will provide a clear path for women to re-enter the workforce and continue building their careers. We are excited to welcome these professionals and witness the strength and diversity they will bring to our firm,” said Satya Jha, chief business officer, Grant Thornton Bharat.
