In October, she wore a strapless seafoam-and-cream dress to the Academy Museum Gala. The piece was by the Hollywood-christened label Del Core, specifically from its resort 2023 collection. It’s not the first time she’s worn a look by a newer name, either: In 2021, she wore a head-turning floral gown by British designer Richard Quinn. 

Perhaps one of the most impressive Amal moments this year was her collection of vintage, which is the telltale sign of a celebrity striving to expand their fashion palette. She is a customer of the concierge service Mon Vintage by Marie Blanchet, who cut her teeth at Vestiaire Collective and William Vintage. For the world premiere of Ticket to Paradise, Blanchet found a beaded mint slip dress by John Galliano from spring 1999. Another standout vintage moment? In April, Amal wore a vintage Christian Dior polka-dot skirt suit en route to the United Nations.
