Ingredients:

1) Oil – 4 tablespoons

2) Hing – 1/2 tablespoons

3) Cumin – 2 tablespoons

4) Curry leaves

5) Garlic cloves – 15

6) Red Chillies

7) Soaked red chillies

8) Lemon – 1

9) Salt to taste

How to prepare the garlic chutney?

1) Heat some oil in a pan, add hing, cumin seeds and some garlic cloves directly (without chopping).

2) Sautee the garlic till it turns brown. Now, add some soaked red chillies and let it cook for some time.

3) Blend all the ingredients together and you’ll get a nice paste. That’s your garlic chutney.
