‘This isn’t your f**king backyard’: Talks between Virat Kohli, James Anderson caught on stump mic at Lord’s – WATCH

After the James Anderson and Jasprit Bumrah saga at the end of Day 3, a new verbal fight was caught on stump mic between the English bowler and Indian skipper Virat Kohli at Lord’s on Day 4 at Lord’s in London.

Anderson and Bumrah were seen having a dispute after the veteran bowler faced bouncers while batting. However, while Kohli and Anderson had a spat, the Indian captain reminded him about his fight with Bumrah.

According to what was heard on the stump mic, Kohli told Anderson, “You are swearing at me? Like you did to Bumrah?. This isn’t your f**king backyard”

Anderson must have said something more which was inaudible and Kohlu was heard saying, “Yeah yeah yeah, Chirp chirp chirp”.

As for the clash, India have lost their three main players – Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, and Virat Kohli – before lunch break. The visitors only scored 56 and lost three wickets and they have Cheteshwar Pujara and vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane at the crease.
