Kareena Kapoor Khan, in a throwback interview, revealed how her family reacted when she made it to Harvard University to learn computers.

In conversation with Simi Garewal, Kareena revealed that although her mother Babita and sister Karisma Kapoor did not want her to go to Harvard University for three months, she made her preparations, filled out forms and went to study microcomputers and Information Technology.

Elaborating further, Bebo revealed how going to Harvard was the biggest thing ever in her family. Everyone in her family was boasting about how a Kapoor girl, no brains has gone to Harvard. Kareena added that her entire family celebrated that occasion.

Although Kareena said in the interview that she went to Harvard to have a good time, it did not exactly turn out to be the way she had hoped. According to her, it was tough as she had to get up at 4.40 in the morning, go to the library and get her assignments done.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Kareena will next be seen in ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ co-starring Aamir Khan in the lead role. The movie is an official Hindi adaptation of the Hollywood movie, ‘Forrest Gump’. It originally starred Tom Hanks in the lead role.

Apart from that, Kareena also has Karan Johar’s magnum opus, ‘Takht’ in her kitty. The movie boasts of an ensemble star cast that includes Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi and Anil Kapoor.

Kareena also announced her collaboration with Hansal Mehta and Ekta Kapoor.
