This IAS officer made more news at the fashion week in Delhi than any Bollywood celeb – Times of India

The first physical fashion show in New Delhi after two longs years, the FDCI X Lakme Fashion Week made a lot of noise for being the biggest fashion extravaganza in the country. The show saw multiple talents coming together in the form of designers, models, stylists and Bollywood celebrities, all under one roof. But one man who made a lot of noise, was an IAS officer.

Abhishek Singh, an IAS officer of Delhi Cadre, a social entrepreneur turned actor made a lot of heads turn at the fashion show. The budding actor, who has featured in multiple music videos, including some by leadings singers Badshah, Jubin Nautiyal and B Praak made a grand entry at the show, and in no time his video from the fashion showcase went viral.

Reports suggest that Abhishek is a multi-talented personality, who was once heartbroken and battling suicidal thoughts, but made a phenomenal mark by rising to the stature of an acclaimed IAS Officer. Setting a benchmark for today’s youth, Abhishek is not only an officer but is also simultaneously pursuing his other creative interests. His recent appearance at Lakme Fashion Week has gone viral and scored millions of views on social media.

Abhishek Singh made a stellar appearance at Lakme Fashion Week to meet his friend and ace designer Manish Malhotra. Abhishek was also seen socializing with other actors such as Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma and more.

Abhishek also runs United By Blood, a relief initiative for the community, that helped provide oxygen and blood to patients and also assisted people with a unique ‘Drive Through Vaccination’ initiative at the peak of COVID.
