Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus is gradually releasing its latest software updates to its phones. However, the company has announced that it will no longer deliver its recent software update to some of its older smartphone models. This includes the company’s most popular smartphone lineup, the OnePlus 7 series. The lineup comprises the OnePlus 7, 7 Pro, and 7T-series phones. The OnePlus unveiled the 7T series with the OnePlus 7T, and the OnePlus 7T Pro smartphones in 2019.
According to the company, the final stable versions of each of the two series of smartphones will be the H.32 (GM1911 11.H.32) update version for the OnePlus 7 series and the F.18 (HD1901 11.F.18) update version for the OnePlus 7T series. This update brings stability to mobile network connections and adds the Android security patch for December 2022.

As per OnePlus’ announcement in 2021, its phones will receive 3 years of OS updates and 4 years of security updates beginning with the 8 series, making 2024 the EOL date for the 8 series.
In 2022, OnePlus stated that its flagships shipping in 2023 will receive four updates to the Android operating system and five years of security updates. The OnePlus 11 should receive support for an additional five years.
