The careers of Joe Burrow and Tua Tagovailoa will forever be intertwined, with both being selected in the top five of the 2020 NFL Draft. They were scheduled to face off as rookies, but a season-ending injury to Burrow prevented that from happening. Fast forward two years and Burrow is coming off a surprise Super Bowl appearance, while Tua is the QB of one of the two remaining undefeated teams. Their respective teams will go head-to-head on Thursday night, but this time it might be the Dolphins’ signal-caller who might not suit up. During Miami’s Week 3 stunner against the Bills, Tua was hit hard and wobbled when he got to his feet. He was examined for a concussion and somehow was allowed to go back into the game. The NFLPA is now looking into that process, but regardless of that, he is dealing with other injuries that might prevent him from playing. But if he can go, then this matchup suddenly becomes rather intriguing, as it could have a major effect on the AFC playoff picture come January.
