The Night Manager 2 Twitter review: Netizens give thumbs up to the Anil Kapoor-Aditya Roy Kapur crime thriller – Times of India

It was in February this year when Anil Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sobhita Dhulipala and Tillotama Shome stormed the internet with their performance in the Indian adaptation of the thriller drama, The Night Manager, created by Sandeep Modiand Shridhar Raghavan. The original British version, which had about six episodes, was released as a whole series together, but the Indian makers decided to split the show into two parts, keeping a gap of four months between the two.

Finally, the show hit our OTT screens yesterday and as expected, fans could not get enough of the crime drama.

Appreciating the show, one user said, “An adaptation well done. That’s how you adapt a western story in Indian context. I’ve watched both English and Hindi one, and I liked the latter more #TheNightManager2”. Many users could not stop praising Anil Kapoor’s performance as the rakish antagonist in the show. One user wrote, “Just watched the concluding 3 episodes of the most awaited #HotstarSpecials #TheNightManager @disneyplushs and @AnilKapoor is like godly in all forms. Superb dialogue delivery, expressions and fabulous on screen presence. Not aging at all and still the master of the game. JUST AMAZING @AnilKapoor sir ????????????. Another user went gaga over Sobhita and wrote, “@sobhitaD in #TheNightManager2 ????????????”. Another user chipped in, “THE WAIT IS OVER !!!✨ MOST AWAITED SERIES”.

The original show had names like Tom Hiddleston, Hugh Laurie and Olivia Colman attached to it; Olivia even won a Golden Globe for her performance in the show.
