In the video, Swara revealed that she met the love of her life at a protest and they clicked their first selfie also at a protest. It all started with friendship and ended in marriage. Swara and Fahad had a court marriage on January 6, 2023, under the Special Marriage Act, 1954. “Sometimes you search far & wide for something that was right next to you all along. We were looking for love, but we found friendship first. And then we found each other! Welcome to my heart @FahadZirarAhmad It’s chaotic but it’s yours!” Swara had captioned the video.
The two minute long clip introduces Swara as an actor and Twitter pest, while Fahad is tagged as a political activist. The video also revealed their interesting chat conversation from 2020, wherein Fahad had requested her to attend his sister’s wedding, replying to him, the actress had stated, “Yaar majboor hoon! Shoot sey nahi nikal paaoongi. Iss baar muaaf karo dost kasam hai, tumhaari shadi mein zaroor aaoongi!” and a few years later the duo got hitched!

Interestingly, on January 8 2023, a few days after her wedding, Swara had hinted that she had found love with a mushy social media post, while not revealing the man in her life.

Fahad’s Instagram profile states that he is the Maharashtra State President at Samajwadi Party Yuvjan Sabha.
