Sunny Deol speaks about son Rajveer Deol’s dyslexia | Hindi Movie News – Times of India

Sunny Deol is the man of the moment, after delivering the second highest grossing Hindi film of all time, Gadar 2. The veteran actor recently spoke about his younger son Rajveer’s battle with dyslexia as a child. Rajveer made his debut in movies with Rajshri Productions’s Dono.
In an interview with Brut India, he revealed that his younger son Rajveer used to suffer from dyslexia but he never let his challenges define his life.He shared that Rajveer was a very naughty boy, he was full of life and he had his own way of overcoming his shortcomings and is very proud of the way he was tackling everything in school.
He shared that because of dyslexia, things were a bit difficult for Rajveer in school, but fortunately he and his wife knew what their son was going through and they handled it pretty well. Sunny also highlighted it was during this time that his son had issues with other kids at school. But Rajveer remained focused and hasn’t taken any of his shortcomings seriously.
Sunny also opened up about living with all his family members from his parents to his brother to his kids in one household. He mentioned that each one of them has their one different thing going around – like his kids were studying, his brother Bobby was working etc, but they are always together. He added that when they did films together like Apne and Yamla Pagla Deewana, they were all together more than the time they used to live under the same roof as they were working together. He also revealed that he fears his dad and his sons fear him, so even when they are living in the house they are never in the same room.
Post Gadar 2, Sunny has teamed up with Rajkumar Santoshi for a film called Lahore 1947, it is being produced by Aamir Khan.
