Suniel Shetty who started out his career in the 90s and since then, the actor is known for his well-built body and fitness. He still continues to look like a million bucks and is one of the fittest actors we have. In a recent video, Suniel has shared the mantra to his fitness and emphasised on the importance of having a routine.
Suniel adds that he wakes up at 5 am and he loves that time he gets with no interruption. He also feels that waking up early gives him a sense of control on his life. It’s the most peaceful time which he loves! He wakes up early because he gets four hours for himself before his work. He said that waking up early and getting that time for yourself also gives you mental clarity. The actor expressed that in a world that constantly demands one’s attention and pulls us in a thousand different directions, it’s really important to find a sense of control and balance and that does seem like a challenge.
After waking up at 5am, Suniel then goes for a quick cold shower and hits the gym. Suniel confessed that the one hour he gets at the gym, with no phone is ‘everything’ for him. It’s quite previous to him.
He then makes sure to spend time with family – his wife, children and pets over breakfast. He further said words of inspiration for his fans that it’s quite important to remain healthy and have a disciplined lifestyle because a fit person has many things to think about, whereas a sick person can only think of one thing.
Suniel was last seen on OTT in projects like ‘Dharavi Bank’ and ‘Hunter‘. The actor will begin shooting for ‘Hera Pheri 3’ soon with Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal.
