Then put a thick layer of creamy dahi (curd) and top with moong sprouts, coriander chutney, boondi and small dhokla pieces. Add another layer of curd and garnish with sev, pomegranate, fresh mint leaves, chilli-cumin powder and rose yoghurt (optional).
