Sonu Sood travels on the footboard of a train, gets schooled by the Railways – Times of India ►
Simmba actor, who became a hero for helping thousands of migrant workers and general public during the Covid pandemic recently landed in a soup by travelling on the footboard of a train.
It so happened that a couple of weeks back, Sonu posted a video of him travelling on the footboard of a train, with the song Musafir Hoon Yaaro playing in the background. Sharing a video, the
Samrat Prithviraj actor wrote,

Now, the Northern Railway took to their twitter handle schooling the actor, saying that as a role model, he should be more careful. The tweet read in Hindi, ”
Dear, @SonuSood, You are a role model for millions of people in the country and the world. Travelling on train steps is dangerous, and this type of video may send the wrong message to your admirers. Please do not do this! Enjoy a smooth and safe journey.”

The actor was quick to issue an apology on the matter, adding that he did it to see how lakhs of people feel when they travel on train doors everyday, unable to afford a confirmed ticket.
