Sobhita Dhulipala reacts to her statement of not wanting to date an actor amidst rumours of relationship with Naga Chaitanya, says her judgements have come down – Times of India

Sobhita Dhulipala has been doing some great work which is starkly different from the other. For instance, Mani Ratnam’s magnum opus and the two seasons of ‘The Night Manager‘. Apart from her work, Sobhita has been in the news for rumours of dating Naga Chaitanya. The duo had reportedly started dating after Chaitanya parted ways with Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
In a recent interview, Sobhita was reminded of her statement that she wouldn’t want to date an actor.Sobhita’s instantly reaction to that was that she couldn’t stop laughing. But the actor further admitted that her judgements have come down now and she is open to dating an actor. She further added that judgements aren’t that bad sometimes because only when one judges something, they’re able to assess if they would gel with someone or no. She added that she’s willing to re-evaluate her statement.
She listed some qualities that she would look for in an ideal partner. She said that she wants someone who is grounded and who understands that we’re all going to come and go, because life is too short. Sobhita added that she wants her partner to be kind and good and know that they aren’t everything.
Sobhita confessed that another judgement of hers which has gone down, is about commercial cinema. Earlier she only wanted to be a part of art films because she thought that actors get scope to perform only in art films. However, with time, she’s understood the merit that lies in being able to do a commercial film and bring people out of the comfort of their homes to watch a film. Hence, that judgement has shattered. Moreover, as an actor, one should be able to do all kinds of work, she added.
