How to make it:
Soak the Chia Seeds:
Mix the chia seeds with water in a small bowl.Allow them to soak for about 15-20 minutes. This will create a gel-like consistency.
Optional: Add Honey for Moisture (Skip if you have sensitive or acne-prone skin):
If you want to add extra moisture to the mask, stir in a tablespoon of honey. Honey is a natural humectant and can help lock in moisture.
Add Essential Oil (Optional):
