Sidharth Malhotra-Kiara Advani wedding: Bollywood mehendi artist heads to Rajasthan for the big fat wedding – Times of India

After several months of rumours and speculations, it is now official that Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani will be tying the knot in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan on February 6, this year. Though the couple are yet to make an official announcement, the preparations have already started in full swing. Amid the prep, Bollywood mehendi artist Veena Vagda is now headed to Rajasthan for Sidharth and Kiara’s big fat wedding.
The mehendi artist took to Instagram to share a picture from the Mumbai airport before boarding her flight. She marked her location at the Terminal 2 of the Chatrapati Shivaji Terminal and used two hashtags #bigfatindianwedding and #calling Rajasthan. Later, she posted another picture when she landed in Rajasthan.

Earlier, ETimes had exclusively reported that Sidharth and Kiara will take their wedding vows on February 6 while the pre-wedding festivities such as Haldi, Mehendi and Sangeet is planned on February 4 and 5.

The couple have booked the royal Suryagarh Palace hotel in Jaisalmer for their nuptials. The hotel indirectly confirmed Sidharth and Kiara’s wedding by commenting, ‘See you soon,’ while reacting to the details of the couple’s intimate wedding.

Reports suggest that the wedding will be attended by close friends and family members, along with many celebrities like Shahid Kapoor, Mira Kapoor, Karan Johar and Varun Dhawan.

A source has informed ETimes that the security arrangement at Jaisalmer Palace Hotel is being looked upon to keep the wedding a private affair.
