Siddhant Chaturvedi takes Deepika Padukone’s name as his ‘closer buddy’, gets a look from Katrina Kaif – Times of India

Siddhant Chaturvedi would be seen next in ‘Phone Bhoot’ with Katrina Kaif and Ishaan Khatter. The actors are currently on a promotional spree for the film. While ‘Phone Bhoot’ looks like a buddy film in its core, the actors seem to be having great fun with each other even off-screen and bond quite well.

Recently, in an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Siddhant was asked who he is more close to – Deepika Padukone or Katrina Kaif? The actor was put in a spot but took Deepika’s name as his ‘closer buddy’. He instantly got a look from Katrina and he changed his answer and said Katrina.

Katrina objected to it and said it can be anyone else. But Siddhant handled the moment smoothly and said he can be more goofy around Katrina. Siddhant had worked with Deepika in ‘Gehraiyaan’ which released this year on OTT, and they got appreciated for their chemistry in the film.

Further, Siddhant was asked his favourite celebrity couple from the current generation and he instantly took Vicky and Katrina’s name. Siddhant, Ishaan and Katrina were also seen recently in ‘Bigg Boss 16’ with Salman Khan and had a lot of fun.

‘Phone Bhoot’ is set to release on November 4 and is directed by Gurmmeet Singh.
