Shilpa Shetty visits Shirdi with Shamita and Sunanda Shetty, feels gratitude, as Dindoshi court quashes order issuing summons against the sisters – Times of India

In 2022, Andheri Metropolitan Magistrate RR Khan issued summons to Shilpa Shetty, Shamita Shetty and their mother Sunanda Shetty. This was in the 21 lakh cheating case against Parhad Amra.
But today, Dindoshi Sessions court has quashed the magistrate’s orders issuing the summons. Shilpa along with sister Shamita and mother Sunanda visited Shirdi. The Shetty family had challenged the summons in the sessions court and now the judge concluded that there was no document to show that Shilpa and Shamita were partners in the company, while Surendra and Sunanda were partners. Hence the proceedings against Sunanda will continue.
Meanwhile, Shilpa was spotted yesterday with husband Raj Kundra for a dinner date. Raj was trying to hide his face with a mask once again while Shilpa was seen in a green jumpsuit.

The actress will be seen next in Rohit Shetty’s ‘Indian Police Force’ along with Sidharth Malhotra and Vivek Oberoi. The actress recently shared a reel and revealed that she’s wrapped the shoot and it was quite a memorable experience for her.
