After Twitterati put forth their fan theories about Deepika Padukone playing Shah Rukh Khan’s character’s mother in the film, a new detail has spilled online. One of the most talked about scenes in the film’s prevue was Shah Rukh’s bald look and his mysterious skull tattoo.While the clip didn’t reveal what was inked on his character’s head, a viral new photo doing the rounds online, gives us a good look at the Sanskrit phrase.
A viral post saw the phrase ‘Maa Jagat Janani’ tattooed on the actor’s head. This translates to ‘Mother of the world’.
Shah on Thursday also hosted a Q&A session on Twitter, where he also gushed about rocking the bald look on-screen. After an admirer praised his bald look, Shah Rukh said he liked it too and quipped, “… now have more face to show na??!! Ha ha.”
When a fan asked him what the secret to his sexy avatars in the film was, the actor said, “Sexy is what sexy does not how one looks. Just do good that’s all.”
Since the trailer’s release, several memes of the actor went viral online. When asked by a fan if he saw any of the viral posts, he said, “No haven’t seen any memes, I don’t spend too much time on social media I try and be social in real life! But glad everyone has liked it.”
‘Jawan’ also features Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara as well as actors Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Girija Oak, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Lehar Khan, Aaliyah Qureshi, Ridhi Dogra, Sunil Grover and Mukesh Chhabra in key roles.
The action thriller written and directed by Atlee, also features Deepika Padukone in an extended cameo.
The movie is slated to hit the big screens on September 7, in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
