Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Dunki’ to clash with Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff’s ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ on Christmas 2023 – Times of India

After a hiatus of five years, Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is all set to treat the audience on the big screen with his upcoming projects. He recently announced ‘Pathaan’ with Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. On Tuesday evening, SRK posted a quirky announcement video of his next with Rajkumar Hirani. The film is titled ‘Dunki’.

The actor-director duo announced the film and the release date in a funny way. Also starring Taapsee Pannu, the film is slated to release on December 22, 2023. Sharing the video with the fans, SRK wrote, “Dear @hirani.rajkumar sir, Aap toh Mere Santa Claus nikle. Aap shuru karo main time pe pahunch jaunga. actually main toh set par hi rehne lagunga!Feeling humbled and excited to finally work with you. The announcement video left all SRK fans quite excited and it started trending on social media in no time. But ‘Dunki’ will be facing a clash with Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff’s ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’. Both the films are releasing on Christmas weekend. Sharing the video earlier, Tiger wrote, “Double Action, Double Dhamaka!! Ready Bade @akshaykumar akshay kumar toh khiladiyo ki tarah dikhaye heropanti ? So excited to present to you all , the Biggest action entertainer ever #BadeMiyanChoteMiyan.” The video shows that the film will release in five languages on Christmas 2023.

Shah Rukh will have two releases next year – ‘Pathaan’ and ‘Dunki’. The Siddharth Anand directorial is slated to release in January 2023.
