Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana buys 3 houses in Alibaug worth nearly ₹13 cr
Ahead of her acting debut, Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana has reportedly bought three houses and a large swathe of land in Maharashtra’s Alibaug region for ₹12.91 crore. The farm land is located in the Thal village area and the registration documents describe her as an “agriculturist”.
According to a Hindustan Times report, the transaction was registered on June 1 and came with a stamp duty of ₹77.46. Registration documents accessed and shared by IndexTap.com showed that the purchase involved 1.5-acres of agricultural land along with 2,218 sq ft of structures.
Thal village is a 12 minute drive from Alibaug town and is also believed to house her father’s property. Shah Rukh Khan reportedly owns a sea-facing property in Thal, with a swimming pool and a helipad.

Khan will make her acting debut with Zoya Akhtar’s Indian adaptation of the iconic Archie comics. The Archies will be released on OTT giant Netflix. Produced by Tiger Baby and Graphic India, ‘The Archies’ is a coming-of-age story that will introduce the teenagers of Riverdale to a new generation in India.
The film will also mark the acting debut of Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda and Sridevi-Boney Kapoor’s daughter Khushi Kapoor. Yuvraj Menda is also a part of the project.
