Shah Rukh Khan’s childhood friend Palash Sen says Pathaan actor knew he was going to be a huge star – Times of India
In an interview, Palash shared some anecdotes about his time with Shah Rukh Khan when they were kids. The singer went back to the colony he grew up in and also visited their school. Both Palash and SRK went to the same Delhi’s St Columba’s School.
Palash said that he and SRK were already into all the co-curricular activities such as sports, debating, quizzing and everything else. He said that one thing that SRK couldn’t do was to sing and he would do it for him during their musical plays. SRK was Palash’s closest friends in school.
When Palash was asked if they both knew what life had in store for them, the singer told CurlyTales, “He knew, I didn’t know. He knew he wanted to be an actor, and be huge. He was very sure. But with me, it was education. I was supposed to be a doctor… Everything that I am today is this because of this school. This is the school which made me. And if you ask Shah Rukh, he’d say the same thing.”
On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan is all set to make a comeback into films with his much anticipated film Pathaan, which also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in lead roles. The Siddharth Anand directorial is all set to hit the theatres on January 25 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
