Shah Rukh Khan hosts #AskSRK after officially announcing ‘Pathaan’; talks about Aamir Khan’s ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’, delayed announcement, long hair look and more – Times of India

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan was last seen on the big screen in ‘Zero’ in 2018. Post that, the actor didn’t share any movie announcements with his fans. On Wednesday morning, SRK finally treated everyone with the official announcement of his most awaited film ‘Pathaan’ also starring John Abraham and Deepika Padukone. Soon after he made it official, his fans were seen jumping in joy and welcoming the King back with warm wishes on social media.

To celebrate the big day and say thank you to his fans, SRK hosted an ‘Ask SRK’ session on Twitter for 10 minutes. He was seen answering questions of his fans in the most funniest ways as always. He tweeted, “So much love for the announcement. Thank u @yrf #SidAnand #Adi @TheJohnAbraham @deepikapadukone for making me look good. And to thank u all lets do #AskSRK for 10 mins.”

A fan asked him, “Sir why did you announce so late”, to this, King Khan replied, “Der aaye durust aaye….nahin???”

Another fan was seen enquiring about his next projects. SRK replied to him in a funny way as he wrote, “Yeh to enjoy karlo…sab aa jaega….kahaan jayega. All being made to entertain you all only.”

One of the fans asked him to reveal his look from ‘Pathaan’. While another fan was seen requesting him to release the film a little early. Here’s what he wrote:

He was also asked if he saw Aamir Khan’s ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’, SRK replied, “Arre yaar Aamir kehta hai pehle Pathaan dikha!! #Pathaan.”

A fan was seen asking him how long did it take him to grow his long hair for the film. He is seen sporting a long hairdo for his character in ‘Pathaan’. The fan also asked if he has used hair extensions. Khan said, “Bhai jab meri jaisi zulfein hon toh time nahi lagta…ghar ki kheti hai na!! #Pathan.”

Earlier today, the team took to social media and shared a teaser video of the film. Along with it, Shah Rukh wrote, “I know it’s late… But remember the date… Pathaan time starts now… See you in cinemas on 25th January, 2023. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Celebrate #Pathaan with #YRF50 only at a big screen near you.”

‘Pathaan’ will also have a special appearance by Salman Khan.
