The multi-starrer film with Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, Dimple Kapadia and Salman Khan in a cameo role was greeted with a lot of attention and controversy because of its song, ‘Besharam Rang’ and the return of India’s much loved actor Shah Rukh Khan, to the big screen after a four-year long gap.
Directed by Siddharth Anand, ‘Pathaan’ was released in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. The movie has rocked the overseas box office collection too, having raked in Rs 100 crore worldwide on day 1.
