Shah Rukh Khan, Atlee shooting for some action sequences for ‘Jawan’; film to wrap up on July 21: Report | Hindi Movie News – Times of India

The excitement for ‘Jawan‘ has been there among fans ever since the film has been announced. But it has only piqued ever since the makers unveiled the ‘Jawan’ Prevue. Right from SRK’s different looks to the action and massy appeal – all of it has left people more curious for the film. And looks like, director Atlee along with SRK have all the plans to further enhance the film’s appeal.
As per a report, Shah Rukh finished shooting for a song sequence with leading lady Nayanthara on Tuesday in Mumbai. Nayanthara was spotted at the airport as she arrived to shoot in Mumbai. But that’s not all! Atlee and SRK began some patch work shoot at Yash Raj Studios in Andheri and there’s three more days of shoot left. As per a report in Mid-day, SRK and Atlee are shooting some filler action sequences and the shoot will be wrapped on July 21. The rest of the cast including Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, Nayanthara and Priyamani have completed their shoot already.
This is the first time that Atlee will be making his Hindi movie debut. This is also the first time when Shah Rukh has teamed up with Nayanthara. Meanwhile, the film’s VFX work is in progress at the moment. ‘Jawan’ is set to release on September 7 in multiple languages like Hindi, Tamil, Telugu. Recently reports also suggested that Deepika Padukone who has a cameo in the film will be seen in two songs.
SRK will also be singing for the film. Well, looks like there’s a lot for the audiences to look forward to!
