‘Serial poser’ Karan Johar thanks friends and fans for all the love and blessings on his 50th birthday – Times of India

Taking to his handle a day after his birthday, the director penned a note of gratitude to all his fans and friends, who sent him their best wishes and blessings. Sharing a couple of stylish photos from his big day, Karan wrote, “I am overwhelmed with the love and blessings but that didn’t stop me for being a serial poser, pouter and preener! Roz karenge pose.”

Keeping up with his ‘bling’ theme for the evening, the director rocked a stylish seqin green jacket that he paired with a white shirt, black bowtie and matching pants. Describing his look he quipped, “Ok so it’s Christmas tree chic! But the Bling factor is intact!”

The ace director celebrated his 50th birthday with a grand bash, unlike anything Bollywood has ever seen. A host of celebs including Hrithik Roshan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Shahid Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal, Anushka Sharma, Ranbir Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Sara Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor and many others put on their blingy-best outfits and hit the party at Andheri West in Mumbai.

Although not in the pictures, it was reported that even Shah Rukh Khan was in attendance.
