Ever since it was announced, Jee Le Zaraa, to be directed by Farhan Akhtar, has generated a considerable amount of buzz for pulling off a casting coup vis à vis Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif. The movie, touted to be on the lines of Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, with an all female lead cast, has excited moviegoers, who can’t wait to see the spectacle unfold on the big screen.

However, ever since the announcement, no further developments on the movie commenced, with rumour mills even speculating that the flick might have been shelved. However a few months back, Farhan Akhtar was seen scouting for locations for the same in Rajasthan, as shared on his Insta handle, leading all fans to heave a sigh of relief. And now, screenwriter Reema Kagti has finally indulged in some details about the film. In an interaction with a leading publication, Reema revealed that the movie will commence shooting by the end of the year. She also added that the entire crew is pretty excited for the same and are looking forward to it.
Earlier, ETimes had exclusively learnt that Katrina Kaif has decided that she will plan her first child soon after wrapping up Jee Le Zaraa and Sriram Raghavan’s Merry Christmas, in which she teams up with Vijay Sethupathi.
