Satyaprem Ki Katha completed 6 successful days at the box office, and it looks like the Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani starrer is on-course to zoom past the Rs 50 crore milestone.
The film which made a splash at the box office earning an estimated Rs 8.50 crore on its opening day, saw good growth at the ticket windows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, earning Rs 6.25 crore, Rs 9.50 crore and Rs 11 crore respectively.

The movie earned an estimated Rs 3.35 crore on Monday and saw minimal growth, earning an estimated Rs 3.40 crore on Tuesday. The film’s total now stands at an estimated Rs 42 crore.

The film’s hold on Tuesday gives it a better chance to see a boost in collections in its second week. The film’s gross national collections went up to an estimated Rs 46.76 crore. Sharing the exciting news on his Twitter handle, Kartik captioned it with a white heart and joint hands emoticons.
Helmed by Sameer Vidwans, the film also stars Supriya Pathak Kapur, Gajraj Rao, Siddharth Randheria, Anooradha Patel, Rajpal Yadav, Nirrmite Saawaant and Shikha Talsania.

The film was released in theatres on June 29. The musical romance drama stars Kartik and Kiara in titular roles. It marks the second collaboration between the actors after the hit horror comedy ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’.
Kartik will be next seen in director Hansal Mehta‘s next ‘Captain India’ and Kabir Khan’s next and in Anurag Basu’s ‘Aashiqui 3’.

Kiara will be next seen in director Shankar’s ‘Game Changer’ opposite Ram Charan.
