Sara Ali Khan says she would love to share screen space with Kartik Aaryan in Aashiqui 3 – Times of India

The on-screen pair of Sara Ali Khan and Kartik Aaryan had struck a chord with the audience when they played lovebirds in their 2020 film Love Aaj Kal. The two even dated in real while shooting on the sets but the fire in their romance doused off soon after the film terribly tanked at the box office. But Sara has no qualms about working with Kartik in a film.
As we all know that Sara is currently busy shooting for Anurag Basu’s upcoming film Metro In Dino. Interestingly, Kartik will also start shooting for Anurag’s another upcoming film Aashiqui 3 which is expected to go on floors in December.

While the makers of Aashiqui 3 are yet to finalise a leading lady opposite Kartik, Sara was recently asked if the rumours of her joining the film are true. “I haven’t been offered Aashiqui 3 as yet but I would love to. If I am offered the film then yes, sure,” she told Connect FM.

Sara and Kartik had sparked rumours of reunion when their candid pictures from Jaipur had surfaced online during the Valentine’s Day week. Later, Kartik had clarified that they both happened to be at the same place and chatted while people around them had started taking their photographs.

It remains to be seen if Sara and Kartik will ever be seen together on the big screen and once again treat the audience with their romanctic chemistry.

On the work front, Sara is currently seen in her recently released film Gaslight. She also has Laxman Utekar’s upcoming untitled rom-com film opposite Vicky Kaushal and Homi Adajania’s next Murder Mubarak in her kitty. Kartik also has an exciting line-up of films with Satyaprem Ki Katha, Aashiqui 3, and Kabir Khan’s untitled next among others.
