Sara Ali Khan responds to online trolling over her frequent temple visit: It is my personal choice – Times of India

Of late, Sara Ali Khan has been getting trolled by the netizens over her frequent visit to the temples. She recently visited Indore’s famous Khajrana Ganesh temple to seek Bappa’s blessings. Later, she also visited the Shree Kaal Bhairav temple in Ujjain. However, Sara has remained unfazed by the online criticism.
Responding to the trolls, Sara told a news portal that people are in a habit of doing something or the other that entertains them. She said that she won’t mind as long as her work doesn’t go unnoticed by the audience. She described trolling as background noise.
She said that finally after the success of Zara Hatke Zara Bachke she is hashtagging herself and reading articles talking about her songs, her chemistry with Vicky Kaushal, the film’s box office numbers and people’s appreciation to her film.
“Aapko achha lagega, toh theek hai, nahi lagega, toh aisa nahi hai ki nahi jaaungi. It is my personal choice,” Sara added.

Earlier, during the film’s promotions, Sara also visited Mahakaleshwar Temple in Madhya Pradesh’s Ujjain district and Mumbai’s famous Siddhivinayak Temple. When she was asked about getting trolled, she gave a befitting reply stating that this is her personal belief. She added that she will go to Ajmer Sharif with the same devotion as she will go to Bangla Sahib or Mahakal and she will continue visiting.
Her upcoming projects include Anurag Basu’s anthology Metro…In Dino. She also has Ae Watan Mere Watan in her kitty.
