Varun’s father, veteran director David Dhawan was seen welcoming guests to the party. Also seen at the do was Sara Ali Khan, who chose to don a lavender sharara set for the evening. Looking radiant as ever, Sara was seen with a bandaged nose, indicating a recent injury.

Also seen at the soiree was Janhvi Kapoor, who will co-star with Varun in the movie Bawaal. For the occasion, she chose to wear a long black dress, paired with black heels. Lovebirds Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor too made a stylish entrance, twinning in their black outfits. While Malaika wore a dress paired with boots, Arjun wore a black jacket over a casual tee.

Others who attended the bash were Anil Kapoor, Karan Johar and Manish Malhotra amongst others.

On the workfront, Varun will soon be seen in Citadel. The original spy web series is written by Sita R. Menon along with Raj & DK, who had earlier helmed The Family Man. It also stars South star Samantha Ruth Prabhu in a key role.
