Sania Mirza travels to Medina with family ahead of Ramadan, netizens quiz her about husband Shoaib Malik – Times of India

Former tennis star Sania Mirza was recently spotted visiting Medina, ahead of the holy month of Ramadan. Giving her company on this sojourn was her son Izhaan Mirza Malik, parents Imran Mirza and Nasima Mirza, sister Anam Mirza and brother-in-law Mohammad Asaduddin.

Taking to her IG handle, Sania shared many pics from the holy city, in which she can seen in a traditional ensemble, ready to offer prayers. In the album, filled with adorable pics, the family seemed to be making the most out of their trip. While Sania held son Izhaan’s hand in one pic, she also posed with sister Anam’s daughter in another. The family also clicked a couple of selfies. Sania captioned the album as, “Allhamdulillah ???????? May Allah accept our prayers..” Her sister Anam too shared some pics, saying, “There is indescribable peace & joy here! So grateful to be here. Alhamdulillah x 100”.

As soon as Sania dropped the pics, many users commented on the same, asking her about husband Shoaib Malik. “Where is Shoaib Malik?”, asked one user, while another one added, “Just that Shoaib brother is not in it.”

Rumours of Sania and Shoaib’s divorce have been going the rounds since last year, however there has been no official confirmation on either side.

Sania, despite being a tennis player is friends with many celebs in Bollywood. Her farewell bash, held in Hyderabad earlier this month, was attended by personalities like Mahesh Babu, Namrata Shirodkar, Farah Khan, A.R. Rahman, Dulquer Salmaan, Huma Qureshi and Diana Penty, among others.
