Samsung Exynos 1330 and 1380 chipsets appears on Bluetooth SIG certification – Times of India

The two upcoming chipsets of SamsungExynos 1330 and Exynos 1380 – have appeared on the Bluetooth SIG certification. These two chipsets are expected to debut with the next batch of Galaxy A series smartphones – the Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A74. If rumours are to be believed, Samsung will launch the Galaxy A54 and A74 early next year.
The Exynos 1330 and 1380 have shown up on the Bluetooth SIG, confirming that both Exynos chipsets will come with support for Bluetooth 5.3, enabled via a dedicated RF chip, rather known as Samsung Bluetooth Controller v6.
Rumour has it that the Exynos 1380 would feature a cluster of two ARM Cortex-A series high-performance cores. Meanwhile, the Mali-G615 would be incorporated to handle the intensive graphics tasks. The chipset could also come with an integrated 5G modem, supporting both mmWave and sub-6GHz networks.
The Exynos 1380 is said to succeed the Exynos 1280. The chip could power the upcoming Galaxy A34 5G and Galaxy A54 5G, as their predecessors – Galaxy A33 5G and A53 5G – were powered by the Exynos 1280 chipset.
There is not much known about the Exynos 1300 as of now, but it is believed to be the successor to the entry-level chipset from 2020, the Exynos 850.
