Salman Khan to host special screening of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan today with limited guests – Times of India

Salman Khan was supposed to host the screening of his upcoming film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan on Thursday, a day prior to its Eid release. Out of respect for Pamela Chopra, wife of Yash Chopra, Salman cancelled the pre-release special screening post her demise on Thursday morning.
The makers have now rescheduled the screening of the film on Friday but with limited guests. It has been learnt that the screening of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan will be attended by the entire film cast along with Sajid Nadiadwala and Riteish Deshmukh.

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is touted to be a family entertainer film, directed by Farhad Samji. It stars Salman Khan, Pooja Hegde, Bhumika Chawla, Abhimanyu Singh, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam, Jassie Gill, Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari, Vinali Bhatnagar and boxer-actor Vijender Singh.

The movie has received a low response in advance bookings. However, trades suggest that the film will have a good response in non-national chains and single screens. The movie has sold nearly 60k tickets in advance booking, which is pretty low considering the fact that it is a Salman Khan movie.

The movie will mark Salman’s return to big screen after four years. He was last seen in a cameo as spy Tiger in Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan. His short appearance was highly enjoyed by the audience and his chemistry with SRK gave everyone Karan-Arjun vibes.
