Salman Khan death threat: Here’s what Lawrence Bishnoi’s email warned of – Times of India

Salman Khan is back in the news as his office received a threatening letter from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s aide Goldy Brar. The email was sent to Salman’s personal assistant Jordy Patel just days after the gangster claimed that the goal of his life was to “kill Salman Khan” in an interview.
Salman Khan’s close friend Prashant Gunjalkar claimed that he saw the threatening email in Jordy Patel’s inbox when he visited the actor’s Bandra office. In a complaint filed at the Bandra Police station, Gunjalkar said. “I regularly visit Salman’s home and office. On Saturday, I was at his office when I saw the threat mail in Patel’s inbox. The threat mail said Goldy Bhai (Goldy Brar) ko BAAT krni hai Tere boss Salman se. Interview (Lawrence Bishnoi) dekh hi Liya Hoga usne shayad nhi dekha ho toh bol diyo dekh lega. Matter close krna hai to BAAT krva dio, face to face krna ho vo bta dio. Abi time rehte inform krdiya hai agli baar jhatka hi dekhne ko milega.”

The mail was sent by Rohit Garg on behalf of Lawrence Bishnoi. Following this complaint, the cops have filed an FIR against Bishnoi, his aide Goldie Brar, and the sender of the mail Rohit Garg. The case has been registered under sections 506(2),120(b) & 34 of IPC for allegedly sending threatening emails to Salman’s office.
Following this threat, security at Salman Khan’s Bandra home has been beefed up. A source told ETimes, “His team has been told to avoid any on ground events for the next few days. He also has a movie release coming up and they will have to plan any promotional activities accordingly.”
