Salaar: Prabhas, Shruti Haasan’s film not postponed, makers rubbish rumours of delayed release – Times of India
During a recent interview, producer Vijay Kiragandur made it clear that ‘Salaar’ has completed 85 per cent of shooting so far. The entire shooting will be wrapped up by January. It takes six months to complete the VFX work. As announced earlier, ‘Salaar’ will release on September 28, said Vijay Kiragandur, head of Hombale Films.
Apart from Prabhas and Shruti, ‘Salaar’ features Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Madhu Guruswamy, Easwari Rao and Sriya Reddy in important roles. Cinematographer Bhuvan Gowda and editor Ujwal Kulkarni form the technical crew. Ravi Basrur of ‘KGF’ fame has been roped in to compose music for this flick.
Fans and the audience are eagerly waiting for Prabhas’s upcoming movies. Apart from ‘Salaar’, Prabhas will be next seen in ‘Spirit’, ‘Adipurush’ (opposite Kriti Sanon), ‘Project K’ with Deepika Padukone, and director Maruti’s upcoming film. Om Raut’s ‘Adipurush’ is likely to be postponed due to a delay in graphics work.
