To make this energy drink, take 1-2 amlas, 1-inch ginger and 1 tsp chia seeds. Wash them with lukewarm water and let the chia seeds soak in water. Then chop the amlas into small pieces and grind them in a juicer along with ginger. Add soaked chia seeds and dilute it with water to your desired consistency. Then just enjoy this delicious drink.
