The Redmi Note 12 Turbo Harry Potter edition smartphone will include branding from the popular Harry Potter book and film series. The Harry Potter edition is likely to launch soon after the official launch of the smartphone in China. Xiaomi hasn’t confirmed if the rumoured special edition smartphone model will be available outside the company’s domestic country.

As per the report, the special edition of the smartphone is rumoured to ship inside a customised box. This box is expected to feature the Hogwarts logo along with the Redmi and Harry Potter branding.
Customers are also likely to receive more Harry Potter souvenirs inside the box. It may include a magic wand and flags representing various teams from Hogwarts. The device is also said to feature customised themes and icon packs.
Redmi Note 12 Turbo: Expected key specs and features
Redmi Note 12 Turbo is expected to sport a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display that will house a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera and will support a 120Hz refresh rate.
The upcoming will be the first Xiaomi phone to come powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chipset. The SoC will be backed by up to 12GB RAM, 256GB storage and Adreno GPU.
For optics, the Redmi Note 12 Turbo is rumoured to house a triple rear camera setup which may include a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP secondary shooter and another 2MP unit. The smartphone is also expected to feature a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies and video chats.
This smartphone is also likely to pack a 5,500mAh battery that will support 67W fast charging and will run MIUI 14 based on Android 13 OS. For connectivity, the Note 12 Turbo will support 5G, 4G LTE, GPS, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a USB Type-C port for charging.
