realme: Realme GT 2 Pro pricing, launch date and key specifications tipped – Times of India

Chinese smartphone brand Realme is preparing to launch its new smartphone named GT 2 Pro. The upcoming flagship’s pricing, launch date and other key specifications were reported by GizChina. Although, there has been no official confirmation about the phones release date and price, yet it recently passed through EEC and made it through to the IMEI listing. These listings revealed some of the key specifications of the upcoming phone. Apart from this phone, Realme 9 Pro Plus and the Realme 9i also recently appeared in the Eurasian EEC certification website.

The report adds that it is expected to be released in China in 2022 and is expected to have a price tag of CNY 4,000 (roughly around Rs 46,500). Realme might also launch a special variant which may come at a price tag of CNY 5,000 (roughly around Rs 58,000). The official prices of the phone will be revealed by the company during the launch event.
Realme GT 2 Pro expected specifications
Realme GT 2 Pro is expected to be equipped with a 6.51-inch AMOLED display with full HD+ resolution (1080×2400 pixels). The screen is expected to have a punch-hole cutout for the front camera. The phone is also expected to have slim bezels and an in-display fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication. The screen is expected to offer a 20:9 aspect ratio, with 404ppi pixel density and a high refresh rate.
The Realme GT 2 Pro is expected to sport a triple camera setup in the back which will include a 108MP primary sensor, another 8MP sensor and a 5MP sensor. The phone is also expected to come with a 32MP front camera sensor for selfies and video calls. The phone is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 888+ 5G processor.
The report also adds that this phone might come with 8GB RAM and offer 128GB of internal storage. It is also expected to run the latest Android 12 OS and might pack a 5000mAh battery that is expected to support 65W fast charging. The smartphone is expected to have a Type-C port, 3.5mm audio port, NFC, GPS, 5G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.1 for connectivity.
