Rani Mukerji talks ‘Aditya Chopra, Adira and the success of Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway’- Exclusive Interview – Times of India

Rani Mukerji is in a happy space. Touch wood. Thanks to her fearless choices she continues to be the darling of the audiences. After an incredible performance in ‘Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway’, Rani spoke to ETimes yesterday evening.
She said that some well-wishers had advised her to take the film to OTT but she and the ‘Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway’ team had a gut feeling that they should take it to theatres. We asked Rani why has the mystique of stars waned? Rani said that perhaps social media is the reason.
It was clear from the conversation with Rani that she has made a conscious decision of keeping herself away from the social media noise and how she’s comfortable in concentrating on just her work and looking after her family.
