Ranbir Kapoor showers praise on soon-to-be mommy Alia Bhatt; calls her his ‘biggest cheerleader’ – Times of India

In an interview with a news portal, Ranbir called Alia his biggest cheerleader. According to him, she has always been very supportive. The actor also revealed that for the last two weeks that she has been in touch with his director Karan Malhotra and he was unaware of it. Ranbir also added that Alia has been sending Karan reviews from people and she is also going online and checking the audience’s reaction to the teaser and poster of ‘Shamshera’.

Elaborating further, Ranbir stated he too does the same for her film although he is not on social media. The actor added that they are constantly cheering each other on in their professional life and personal life. The Kapoor scion feels that’s what really makes a partnership.

Alia and Ranbir recently announced that they are expecting their first child together. Ever since the announcement, congratulatory messages have been pouring in for the soon-to-be parents. The couple got married earlier this year on April 14 in an intimate wedding ceremony. Only their family members and a few close friends attended the wedding ceremonies.

On the work front, apart from ‘Shamshera’, Ranbir also has Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’. He is also a part of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Animal’ and Luv Ranjan’s untitled film.
